Inspired by these beautiful words attributed to the great Indian spiritual teacher Sri Anandamayi Ma, this pendant is a reminder to meet life with an open and welcoming heart, and to recognise the light that can arise from within.

A dazzling, sparkling and highly reflective organic pebble heart embraces a softly rounded, planished 14kt rose gold dome. The warm rose gold disc appears to float within the heart, resting and glowing in its softened, receptive, valley-like centre.

There is a lovely simplicity in this image. The dome does not strive or resist; it simply rests. Held within the heart, it becomes a quiet expression of openness, softness and acceptance.

Perhaps this is an invitation for us, too: to greet each day with a welcome heart. To soften rather than resist, to become receptive rather than continually strive, and to allow life to unfold without needing to grasp or control every moment.

The sun must also rise in us. When we turn towards the light of awareness, even the darkest corners of our experience can begin to soften.

A little reminder that the light we seek is not somewhere outside of us. It is here, waiting to be welcomed.
