Graffiti stacker U K I Y O

Sterling silver graffiti stacker band with U K I Y O artfully, organically, and flowingly stamped on the band not to get stuck on the word, on the pointer, but to be that which it is pointing to.

Created with the hope to bring beauty, and lightness, to the up's and downs of life, and the softening, and smiling recognition to that which always IS.

This poem makes me think of this word.  I know the description for U K I Y O says detached, but I ponder it more as less personal with the ability to be engaged clearer, calmer, and hopeful more useful to what ever arises. 

From Pond

Still, what I want in my life
is to be willing
to be dazzled --
to cast aside the weight of facts

and maybe even
to float a little
above this difficult world.
I want to believe I am looking

into the white fire of a great mystery.
I want to believe that the imperfections are nothing --
that the light is everything -- that it is more than the sum
of each flawed blossom rising and fading. And I do.
