A Metta gift for all! Get Planting is a fun beautiful way of reminding ourselves that every thought we think is a seed and every seed we plant will grow. The idea is to become more aware of the thoughts we are thinking.

Using the pumpkin seed for inspiration i made this heart shaped seed to inspire the thought of love.
