A Metta gift for all! Get Planting is a fun beautiful way of reminding ourselves that every thought we think is a seed and every seed we plant will grow. The idea is to become more aware of the thoughts we are thinking.  Each seed gives you a little boost, a reminder, a little tool, what better fun way than a beautiful piece of jewellery you can wear touch and admire throughout the day.

Health is in the shape of a star, using apple seeds I glued them together for an organic mould.
