Defined Tantalum inlay

Handmade with care, Stainless steel squared off tantalum inlay with defining lines carved on either side to give the inlay a more definition. 

Inlay is a technique where a channel is made with an undercut, then round wire is hammered in and then burnished to a seamless finish. There is nothing easy about it and it is an extremely time consuming. I've had goldsmiths come and look at these bands and wonder how I did it without a seam, it is an art.
